Hungarian leader Viktor Orban has a similar view as does Slovakian president Robert Fico, who survived a recent assassination attempt.
In Western Europe, UK, and Washington everyone is talking about wider war with long range missiles used for attacks deep into Russia. Such attacks cannot revive the defeated Ukrainian military. Their purpose seems to be to provoke Russia into a retaliation that Washington can use to widen the war.
President Vucic is correct. The West is making no effort-indeed, is avoiding all effort-to defuse the dangerous situation. Instead, the West is throwing oil on fire with long range missile attacks and French troops sent into Ukraine.
It has been completely clear from day one that Putin's limited drawn-out war enabled the West to get more and more involved into the conflict to the point that the conflict now is really between the West and Russia. As President Vucic says, the West's prestige is now involved and the West cannot permit Russia to prevail."

Seems that no matter what happens now, if Russia prevails in the request or backs away from Ukraine, the West is entering into a new Cold War at minimum with Russia. There is no vision of peace. The weapons industry will prosper while the ordinary citizen suffers.
As one radio commenter has said recently: the US has a public government as its face for a democracy but the real government is actually a world-wide private business cabal. They make the decisions for their own best interest and more military spending. Is he right?
And the following paragraphs speak to those of whom we are dealing with.
Re: Russian oligarchs are Jewish thieves
Is this a militarized version of Eric Berne's "Let's Him and You fight"? It looks like the Gentile soldiers representing the Jews from Russia are fighting against the Gentile soldiers from the West's Jews, with no material outcome for any Gentile but a soldier's death and then more poverty if he lives after the fact? Conscripted sleepwalking?
Israel Shamir's article sums up the way things work for the greediest people imaginable and the rest of us are left to ponder why it is this way.
