A London, Ontario, doctor has filed a lawsuit against Queen's University and its head of medicine, after he was allegedly shuffled from his job for voicing opinions about the Covid-19 pandemic. Dr. Matt Strauss joined True North's Andrew Lawton to discuss the importance of academic freedom, and the growing authority of regulatory bodies.

Sarah Feinberg, 39, (main) was working as a financial analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton when she discovered the firm was overcharging the U.S. Government to the tune of $100 million a year. The military contractor last week settled to pay the United States $377 million to resolve the allegations - and Feinberg and her lawyers received $69 million for her part, thanks to the little-known qui tam procedure. The qui tam move allows an insider to sue on behalf of the U.S. and then recover between 15 and 30 percent of any settlement or judgment. Of the $69 million settlement, Feinberg was personally awarded $40 million for reporting her employer's alleged behavior - $12 million of which she intends to donate to charity. 'I've got three kids, and I tell them, "doing the right thing is the right thing, no matter what the outcome is," she said. The former Marine said she spent nine months trying to convince older, mostly male executives at the company to stop what she told them was fraud but bosses reportedly called it a 'gray zone' and claimed Defense Department auditors were 'too stupid' to figure it out and demand repayment.

The one thing on the list that my mind keeps coming back to is that the children were sent home early that day. I've seen reports of less than a hundred are dead/missing to reports of several hundred dead/missing. Have there been any explanations as to why they were sent home (if true)? was it a random 1/2 day of school, fire drill, for fire evacuations? (Were the parents notified of this?)
Now, this is where I put on my own tin foil hat...Homes are commonly passed down/inherited thru several generations of family. But...if there is no "next generation" of family to inherit the land, what happens? The property is abandoned/auctioned off or sold.
Sending the children home that day, unsupervised while most parents were at work almost guaranteed certain death. Young, inexperienced, panicked and scared, it's easy to see why so many died. Homes, families, children, and hope of a future is all lost.
Then in swoops, corporations and realtors offer to buy up land while the rubble is still smoking.
Did "THEY" intentionally kill the kids, leaving the grieving parents hopeless of a future, nothing to pass on to their children, making it more likely the parents would be overwhelmed and defeated and more likely to sell the land?
Is this a common theory or has my tin foil hat been sitting crooked since this whole thing started?
