Canadian Football League Gives Me Hope

Apart from the business sector, the CFL is the only place left in Canada where performance, not identity or gender politics, is what counts.  This year it is better than ever. No pride month BS. No pink wrist and ankle bands for breast cancer.

And the Canadian national anthem is sung before before the game!

When you consider how much detail it takes to create such a spectacle, it is the thing that I like best about Canada.

With the Communist takeover of Canada, every social institution is on life support.

Led by Justin Castreau, the government takes orders from the WEF. The Canadian Broadcasting Commission, once a national stalwart, is now the state propaganda agency. No one watches or listens. The rest of the "legacy media" is also a joke. The universities are all controlled by Communists. The medical profession is totally discredited.

Where there is no free speech, there is no art or culture.

There is only one national institution left that still does Canada proud, the Canadian Football League, and ironically most of the best players are Americans, especially Blacks. But that's my point.

Apart from business, the CFL is the only place left where performance is all that matters. It doesn't matter if you are white, black, gay or green. There is no affirmative action. You perform or you are out. And it shows in the high level of athleticism and competitive intensity. These are genuine contests, no prisoners taken!

These athletes inspire me when I get discouraged. When they are behind, they don't quit. They keep on fighting. That's what men do. We need to promote masculine values like these.

The CFL is one of the last places where there are consequences. There are no social safety nets, subsidies or government bailouts. It's here today and gone tomorrow. There are always new players hungry for an opportunity.

You can't "phone' it in."

Mercifully the CFL has stopped being political. In the past, coaches and players had to sport "Diversity is our Strength" T-shirts.  Players had to wear pink ribbons in June for Breast Cancer.  Thank God all this cringe-worthy Communist propaganda is gone this year. No mention of sodomite-rights either.

This is the last refuge of masculinity in Canada. These are men  -- beautiful white men and beautiful black men - performing amazing acts of athleticism - throwing and catching, running and tackling. These are things women cannot do.

And yes! There are cheerleaders. All real women.

Finally, the CFL is one of the last places in Canada that isn't fixed. Many of my readers think everything is fixed. I disagree. I watch every game and they are not fixed.

Video replays ensure that everyone can see what actually happened. Referee decisions are overturned. Where else can you say that?

There is another area that gives me hope: Business. The government may be printing money out thin air, but everyone outside of government is actually producing a product or service that someone else wants and will pay for. Performance still matters here too. Competition keeps people honest. You have to beat the competition to come out on top.

Free enterprise is like the body of a headless giant. It is resilient. People still need to make money. We still matter, if only as consumers.

CONCLUSION

The CFL is the last refuge of reality and common sense in a country where babies are poisoned with vaccines, and children are given gender-bending hormones without parental knowledge, the mentally ill are euthanized as in Nazi Germany, and until Sept. 30, 2022, adults couldn't enter or leave the country without taking a potentially deadly "vaccine."

I love this country and I love Winnipeg. I have lived in Canada for 72 years and in Winnipeg for 40 years. This is where I feel I belong. In Mexico I am a fish out of water.

Politically, Canadians may be dupes but generally they are well meaning, peace loving and decent.

Politics permitting, I intend to live here three seasons of the year. Winter is another story!

The globalists live in a cloud-cuckoo land. They are not going to succeed. They are out in the open. They are naked. Their heinous crime is there for all to see.

Eventually Canadians will figure out what is happening. The Communists will be thrown into the dustbin of history.
