Hi everyone, this is my first time posting in over a year. I got the Moderna shot in May 2021 and immediately experienced numbness, tingling, burning, pain, electric shocks, jerky movements, headaches and dizziness.The worst of my symptoms are gone. The last time I had serious symptoms was December 2021. Ever since then, I've improved.
It is now over a year later and I'm probably 98% recovered. I still have muscle twitches and spasms sometimes, but they're very mild compared to what they used to be. I'm a healthy female in my late 20s, never had any health problems prior to the shot. I can't say that there have been any miracle foods or supplements. I just avoid sugar, caffeine and alcohol and try to get plenty of rest.
I hope my story can help someone out there. Take care.

At the supermarket this morning, I bought four pounds of fresh ground beef for $10.00 CDN--that's $7.50 US No sign of supply chain issues. Most prices same as I remember or lower!. Don't know how they do it, given the high cost of transportation.
I'll believe food shortages when I start to see them. Cutting back on fear porn.

Reader writes--My Friend was forced to take Remdesivir over a year ago when he went to the hospital having breathing problems due to the COVID -Flu
He should have just stayed home in bed and rode it out --but everyone was so hyped up -- so everyone went the hospital
And they jammed Remdesivir on him for about one or 2 days -- he got better discharged
But now just over a year later he has failing kidneys that are causing really high blood pressure
--a test found a growth on his kidneys-- which is cancer.
He was a health 50 year old never believed in vaccines--never took one --but hadn't really heard of Remdesivir until he went to the hospital.
He is in a daze now ....Sad --the head of CDC said, " we will take them down one by one..."
