As we recognize Good Friday today and the sacrifice made by Jesus Christ at the Cross for the remission of our sins remember that nothing has changed in God's plan for mankind.
The new evils of today that are being introduced and perpetuated by the MSM on a daily basis will run their course and end in disaster. It has been written.
As Christians we know not to be a part of these evils or adhere to invented politically correct decrees instead of adhering to the Word of God.
They're are no easy ways or shortcuts to the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus Christ himself was tempted, mocked, and crucified for carrying out God's will. He didn't cater to the mandates of the Pharisees or Rome to save his own skin or to live the life ease and luxury. What makes us think we can get to Heaven by going along with all the things contrary to the Word of God? We can't!
The day will come soon when you'll have to take a stand.

ontrary to the assertion made in your essay today "WHY THE JEWS CRUCIFIED CHRIST " nowhere in the Scriptures is it reported that Jesus Christ said "God is in everyone"
I am glad to see you posting wonderful analyses and commentary about Christianity, but such statement makes obvious that you do not have a grasp of one of the essential doctrines of what the God of Israel is doing here on this earth ; vis = a breeding program to produce individuals fit to live in the Kingdom of Heaven when He establishes it here on Earth. Most people who ever lived, won't 'make the cut' ...
the Bible is the handbook for government for Israelites, ie, us Caucasians who are the direct descendants of the man, Jacob whose name was changed to Israel.
Corporately and personally, we are separate from our God.
One of the things accomplished by Jesus, was and still is - he payed the price to Redeem the nation. Which is national salvation. All the while, salvation is available to 'whosoever calls on him'
if ... as you say ... "God is in everyone" .... there would be no necessity for an intermediary/ a Redeemer

Only accepting Christ as our redeemer from eternal damnation can save anyone willing to repent and acknowledge him as Lord and Saviour. The Jews thought they were doing God a favour when in fact they crucified the very answer for their redemption as the Apostles stated. Jesus gave himself at Passover time knowing the reason he came. Henry I hope God will open your heart to understand that Jesus took upon himself the Wrath of the Father that is and was due to us all because God is just and must judge every sin we have done. Thats, why Satan has so many false cults and religions and also false preachers, teachers lining their pockets and deceiving millions their reward will be the most horrific.so, will everyone else who rejects Jesus. Jesus said he who rejects me rejects the Father.YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN. John 3:5-6.every other issue about what's going in his irrelevant.unless one is barbarian of the Spirit of God man-made religions are taking millions to hell.John 3:16- 21 note vs 18 the world is (ALREADY) condemned. So unless we repent we will perish. Gods mercy is available to all. John 11:28-30.I hope you accept the Lamb of God who is crowned King of Kings and Lord of Lords as your Lord and saviour. Blessings.

Thanks Richard
I believe religion must be a felt experience, not a mental formula. I believe in the Christ of the New Testament, not the religion founded in his name. But if it satisfies the hunger for other people, I am glad. I just don't think people should be forced to follow an arbitrary path. God must be a lived experience.

The "chosen" idea is used outside of Judaism with atheist elitism. Tell the narcissist they are special and they become putty in your hands. Its a great idea to manipulate and control the kinds of people you want in power to wreck society. Ordinary Jews cannot give Judaism an honest look. Some do this and they are the best of all of us

A wonderful and timely article on the millennial battle between good and evil, life and death. As far as Judaism is concerned, some trace it back to the Torah, to Abraham and Moses. But this does Jews a disservice. There are elements in the Torah that can be extracted to justify the view that the Jews' religion has always been malicious and hostile toward the rest of mankind. But read as a whole, this is not an accurate understanding of the Law and the Prophets.
Judaism (as we now know it) arose as a consequence of the Babylonian captivity. This Talmudic Judaism is a distortion of the true religion of the Old Testament, and it was this deviated cult that Jesus opposed. Jesus came, not to reject the Old Testament, but to restore its true meaning and to fulfill its prophecies and promises, applying them to all mankind (as the Torah itself commanded).
I'm not a Jew myself, but I have loved many who are or were. In every generation there are Jews who become Christians, seeing in Jesus the true Messiah, and others who at least recognize and escape the paranoia and animus inherent in Talmudic Judaism.

You have written one of the best articles regarding present-day so-called Biblical prophesy relating to the so-called "end times" what with Trump's continuous kissing butt of Talmudic Jewry (to me, there are Jews--ordinary people who just want to go about their own business like everyone else--and then there are Talmudic Jews who want to enslave all us goyim and murder all us TRUE Christians).
Yes, most Jews, the ordinary ones, are being seriously duped, but right behind them are the "co-religionists" as they are sometimes called, "Christian Zionists," who maybe make up the bulk of American Christians, who are constantly duped by false prophets like John Hagee et. al.
Thank you for being one of those growing number of folks warning Christians and others about the evil of Talmudic Jewry.

Great piece Henry, and he (Jesus) knew what fate lay ahead, and God's Logos gives us all free will: he could of just said "Father take me back to heaven they aren't worth it," he didn't, he chose a horrendous beating and death on the cross, for all of us, through ultimate evil Jewish Pharisees following Babylonian Talmud, had him crucified.
God, pulled a fast one on Satan, and reconciled with mankind(through the lamb's sacrifice) in the New and Everlasting Covenant: victory over death and Satan both!
Below best scene from the brilliant mini-series "Jesus of Nazareth" the great 1976 piece by director Franco Zeffirelli.

What a great message in so few words !. How much good you do to humanity with them on this special day, when we all need it so much! This is true light and true love for the life of the human being. And of what is given, it is received. We can not receive love if we do not give love, and how can we live without it? Here is the meaning of "our daily bread", as food of light and love for the soul, as forces that allow us to advance in the path of Life in a world of the dead.
But practically everything in the life of the Christ is still to be understood, being so necessary and so present for our present lives, without realizing that it is about archetypes, as valid 2000 years ago as today and any other time. And among all this, another simple but fundamental fact, that we have swallowed without digesting, reading without understanding: the crowd chose Barabbas, the chief of the dark road, the antithesis of the Christ, condemning him to death and freeing him, deciding thus the way of the Humanity ...
Today we had to remember and reflect on all this. Your words suppose a breath of life for those who have eyes and ears, and have no doubt that they will be abundantly rewarded from the Universal Justice in values that time will not destroy. Meanwhile, receive the gratitude and affection of all those who read to you every day across the length and breadth of this planet, which may be many, but I wish we were more. And I wish the vast majority of Christians understood what you understand of Christianity.
Thank you from the heart, strength to follow and light to guide you in the dark!

We do not usually understand: the analogy of the blood of the Easter lamb that will redeem the people of God ("those who do his will") (pointing out the "doors" of those who they will save, their homes: themselves)and the blood of the Christ, who calls himself "Lamb of God", and who will redeem those who lodge him in the hearth of his heart. It is just one more of many and many things to internalize and understand, although here we only touch the surface without deepening, but it is still important ...

Hello Henry…..I read your article this morning “Why they killed Jesusâ€. I’m sure other believers have written back to you in defence of what scripture has to say. I want to write to you in a polite way in that maybe you will read the scriptures and see for yourself that what you are presenting to many people who read your articles is not correct according to the scriptures. I’ve concluded that you are a practicing Buddhist
but I hope that if I can convince you to read even your old testament (Tenach) sp that it points to Christ “The passover lamb†for us all. First of all, when you say that “God is in us all “ then show me by the scriptures that that is true.
If it were true, then we would do the works of God. But we don’t, it’s a self evident axiom to disprove what you said.
I have one more point to make in my rebuttal to your article in that the Jews were not jealous in that “Salvation was offered to all of humanity†but, if you take time read the parable in Mathew 21 you will see in verse 38 “they†knew he was the son of God but wanted to take his rightful inheritance. They took him and slew him but we all know what happened three days later to show all of us he was telling the truth about his person. Have a restful weekend, enjoy your family, friends and the life and breath we have that comes from the father of lights.

They didn't kill Him, it was attempted murder because he survived His execution and got up 3 days later.
ANTIQUITY OF THE JEWS BY JEWISH HISTORIAN JOSEPHUS 18-3. Now there was about this time Jesus, a wise man, if it be lawful to call him a man; for he was a doer of wonderful works, a teacher of such men as receive the truth with pleasure. He drew over to him both many of the Jews and many of the Gentiles. He was [the] Christ. And when Pilate, at the suggestion of the principal men amongst us, had condemned him to the cross, (9) those that loved him at the first did not forsake him; for he appeared to them alive again the third day; (10) as the divine prophets had foretold these and ten thousand other wonderful things concerning him. And the tribe of Christians, so named from him, are not extinct at this day.

Gordon W [below]is either unaware, or he is deliberately trying to spread misinformation. His opening line, "contrary to the assertion made in your essay today “WHY THE JEWS CRUCIFIED CHRIST †nowhere in the Scriptures is it reported that Jesus Christ said “God is in everyoneâ€.
This shows denying the Holy Spirit within one's self, which is the greatest blasphemy.
This also brings up Luke 17.21, which originally was written as showing where the Holy Spirit resides. Newer versions which are pushed by some new age style ministers try to diminish the very personal nature of the Holy Spirit.
Wycliffe, Tyndale, American Standard, King James Bibles and other older versions have Jesus saying ...
'nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.â€
while New International Version, and some other recent versions say ...
'nor will people say, 'Here it is,' or 'There it is,' because the kingdom of God is in your midst.'
Luke 17:21 Nor will people say, 'Look, here it is,' or 'There it is.' For you see, the kingdom of God is in your midst." (biblehub.com)
