Like many of you, I am sickened by the stolen election and its aftermath. While I continue to pray for divine intervention, I have to ask myself, do we, as a people and a country, actually deserve to be free?

We are a nation in which roughly half of its citizens support the murder of unborn babies. Think about that. We support ripping unborn babies out of their mother's wombs and murdering them. We actually vote for public officials who legislate for this atrocity. Many of our citizens have had abortions or are the fathers of aborted babies. Why on earth would God allow such a people to remain free?

We are a nation in which the majority of its citizens are so stupid they believe in phoney shootings, phoney viruses, and phoney weapons of mass destruction. We believe in all those hoaxes and more, but we don't believe in God or the Bible. Why on earth would God allow such a people to be free?

Remember Iraq's weapons of mass destruction? There were flags and yellow ribbons everywhere. I got into some pretty intense arguments with people at the time. Hundreds of thousands of people were killed over our country's actions. Turns out the whole thing was a lie. Do people so easily duped deserve to be free?

We are a nation in which upwards of 70% of our citizens watch and read porn. We condone and support almost every kind of sexual debauchery you can think of, and debaucheries that aren't yet condoned and supported will be in the near future. We allow our children to be sexualized and taught by sexual perverts. Why on earth would God allow such a people to be free?

On June 26, 2006, while speaking at a Call to Renewal conference sponsored by a consortium of so-called Christians, Barack Obama said, "Whatever we once were, we are no longer a Christian nation ..." 

Read between the lines and you can see that he was admitting we once were a Christian nation. Those were America's golden years, when people actually did possess some values which gave them a semblance of freedom.

Of course, it wasn't all roses in those days. The price for freedom was eternal vigilance and our forefathers didn't mess around. 

There were whipping posts in every town. Scoundrels were tarred and feathered. Traitors and murderers were executed. But the upside was general peace and an orderly society. People behaved themselves in those days much more so than today. 

Families flourished. Children were taught the Bible in school and brought up with morals and a sense of decency. Alas, when our Christian roots went away, so did our freedom.

Way back in 1826, a French historian named Alexis de Tocqueville came to America to study our success. Here's what he wrote about it: "I sought for the greatness and genius of America in her commodious harbors and her ample rivers, and it was not there; in her fertile land and boundless prairies, and it was not there. Not until I went to the churches of America and heard her pulpits aflame with righteousness did I understand the secret of her genius and power. America is great because she is good, and if America ceases to be good, America will cease to be great."

Well, we've ceased to be good and we've certainly ceased to be great. The situation we're in now is as if God is saying, "Okay, you don't want to listen to me? Here's what's in store for you when I'm not around." 

And the result is Communism. Hard-core Communism, the likes of which are going to stun the majority of people who are still somewhat awake.

Perhaps the saddest part of all this is that we have only ourselves to blame. Not you or I individually, but all of us collectively. We've turned our backs on God, so He has turned His back on us.

If you're feeling discouraged over the decline of our country and pining for good news, I have some for you. It may not be the kind of good news you want to hear, but for those who have ears to hear, it will be. We are on this earth only a short time before we are called to our eternal destination. 

As long as you are still alive, there's time for you to get right with God. There's time to ensure that your destination will be Heaven. You'll be in the minority, that's for sure. But at least you will have made it. The country, and indeed the entire world, might be going to hell in a hand basket, but you can still save your soul.

The absolute best advice I can give to you right now is to immediately begin planning your afterlife. This country is on the brink of collapse. The new incoming administration will take it over that brink and into complete devastation. The majority of people have no idea how bad it's going to get and will be in a state of complete panic. You don't have to be among them. Heaven awaits you, if you're willing to do your part. Make it your #1 priority. I'll do whatever I can to help you.

When a headline like this is run it wreaks of defeatism and blame. Yes, we take some of the blame but certainly not most.  The enemy is ubiquitous, with fortification EVERYWHERE.  Its agents crawl into every aspect of our lives.  Its tv talking-heads steer, coerce, contaminate, twist.  Its medicine poisons.  Its scientists lie and deceive.  Its art bores and dehumanizes.  All its media is set on eliminating or enslaving us.  Its bankers steal all they can from us. I REFUSE blame for all of this.

And to say my republic has died is to help kill it and make sure it's dead.  They've not begun to see how we will fight for liberty and help assure our children live free.  Don't tell me "it is over."  Get off your sorry butt and fight, GOD-D*MN-IT!!  This is for all nations, for none lives without tyranny.  Is life meaningless to the one who wrote the quote above?  Only a nihilist would give up in such a way.  That writer needs to think about what gave his or her life meaning; maybe then he or she will find a reason to fight.

Some sage once told me, "Blame is disempowerment."   Stop blaming. Take your power back.  You are needed in the fight.  Arm up, be brave.  Live free or die.

As Christians we have to follow the word of Jesus Christ and make the divide between what is worldly and what is heavenly. This includes the defeat of the desires of the flesh, the defeat of the desires for abundant material wealth, and the defeat of all desires of the heart that are not in line with the desires of God.

Unfortunately, Washington today has abandoned not only it's Constitution but also God. Almost every doctrine from Hell in recent years has been approved and sanctioned by our legislators who continue to vote against the will of God and the will of its people. Abortion, Sexual Immortality, and Pathological Lies are now simply business as usual.

Are we one nation under God today or are we now one nation under false idols?
The largest protest in the history of Washington D.C. took place last Wednesday and it wasn't pretty. Millions of Americans have not only lost confidence in the legitimacy of their elections but also in the legitimacy of their government and they are tired of doing nothing about it. Name calling and the heresy of political correctness is not effective anymore in subduing or controlling them.

Like the once world empire of Rome, America's integrity is starting to crumble not only internationally but domestically also and for the very same reasons. Endless lies and all the smoke and mirrors will no longer prevent it from collapsing because, like Rome, because it's rotting from within.

I thank God I was born in America at a time when God, family, and country ruled. It's all our own fault that it has become the nation that it has today. We chose complacency and neutrality as we allowed our country to fall apart.

As Teddy Roosevelt once said, "If you are neutral in the fight of good verses evil, then you are on the side of evil".

Anybody with a modicum of historical knowledge will wonder just when America could lay claim to having been good. When it was trying to exterminate pesky native tribes? When it was encouraging a trade in slaves that cost untold lives? When it was engaged in a civil war of savage brutality? When it was building an empire by waging wars all over the globe on phoney pretexts? When it was torturing Germany with an unrepayable debt burden after WWI? When it was killing hundreds of thousands of surrendered German POWs after WWII? When it was bombing a succession of countries flat in the post-WWII years (or was this after its virtue is thought to have departed?)? Americans, like the inhabitants of most nations, have been brainwashed into believing an expurgated, glorified mythology about their actual national history.

Forget all this guff and follow the simple instruction to "love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind" and "love thy neighbour as thyself"--with assurance that from this the rest will work out as it is meant to, and genuine "greatness" be achieved. And stop poisoning your soul by immersing it in the outpourings of the corrupt MSM and garbage "entertainment".

Mikes story is true; but i must disagree with his choice of word in the introduction. we did not lose God, we tossed him out of our lives in favor of our pride, pagan holidays, sensual pleasures, doin our own 'thing', & on & on. we threw him out. just like the Noah generation did. we are into ourselves & what we want. but, 'blessed is the nation whose GOD IS THE LORD', says David in psalm 33. but as for me, 'I will always have hope; I will praise you more & more', says David. America is doing just the opposite. we have lost our hope & praise which we need to return to.
