As a retired Christian Psychotherapist.....who specialized in the treatment of victims of Satanic Ritual Abuse and who presented with addictions and other symptomatic issues...usually these victims were Multiple Personalities (Programmable) who required the utilization of spiritual warfare (Exorcisms) to "purge" their systems of demonic influences.
I have to say that your author here really doesn't have a clue. Additionally, he's confusing psychiatry with psychology. His errors here are too numerous for me to expend the energy to refute as your readers probably wouldn't care anyway.
Needless to say I have to ask you to remove this blatant ignorant attack on a profession with which he has no knowledge. Come on Henry you can do better than this.

Another insightful article, Henry. And factoring in that this field is also ruled and CONtrolled by Freemasons ( endless Masonic images-phrases-and Cabala/ Talmudic incantations- it ckearly is a Rockefeller tool
to CONtrol the masses.
And backed ip by the entire edukay-shun-al
system of brainwashing.

Doctors know that the soul needs healing, but they never heal you on that level. If they did, there would be no need to prescribe psychiatric drugs. There would be no profit for the pharmaceutical companies.
And another thing, doctors stop the counselling but they never stop medicating you. They just increase the dosage, which is extremely unethical.
When counselling stops, that is exactly the time to wean patients off medication.
But they won't. It is a truly sick system.
I was on eight amitriptyline a night because I couldn't sleep as a result of PTSD.
I became addicted to this drug. And because I took it for a long period of time, my blood became infected. I developed a skin disease and had to see a dermatologist who also prescribed drugs (an antibiotic).
I say take the counselling, just refuse the medication.
Yes, the pharmaceutical companies are laughing all the way to the Bank.

This article really makes no sense to me, not mentioning the many links it poorly tries to make, it also presupposes that the Catholic Church has all that is necessary to heal the soul/ mind of man through its sacrament, particularly confession;
"... mimicry of the healing of the soul, Christ established in his Catholic Church for the remission of sins."
Let me tell you, I went to quite a number of confessions, more often than not I left more mentally ill than I when I went. Yes, I wrote mentally ill. Having a priest sigh at how evil you are from his position of authority and then reference and have you reference the unending pain of fiery Hell is not a way to heal the soul.
The word psychology derives from Greek roots meaning study of the psyche, or soul. Having psychologists specialize in healing the mind of man without any direct reference to a spiritual center does not equate clinical psychology as totally atheistic and materialistic.
"If psychological treatment is so effective, where are all the happy people healed by this practice?" Let me ask a question, where are all the happy Catholics healed in the confessional box? And before some 'traditionalist' says that 'Marco must be a VII Catholic', let me write that I have went to 'traditionalist' Churches and they are genuinely some of the most soul wretched dark places I have ever been. Yes I wrote soul, because I could sense the unhappiness in my SOUL.
I would recommend the author of the article to read '12 Years a Jesuit' written by Count Von Hoensbroech to come to a better understanding on the reality of severe mental illness and how it can even be caused directly because of his beloved Church. The book could very well of been called '14 Years a Slave' because of the soul(mind)-slavery he suffered.

“Sin†is not to let the animal (libido) exist – it does exist in every human – but to let the animal control the spirit rather than the other way around. Pornography addiction, for example, is a psychological disorder that can be traced to your early life, and to imbalances in your various archetypes. Maybe you’re suppressing rage at your negligent father and it’s spilling out in another area. A sound psychological system simply gives you conceptions, insights and tools to examine yourself and to correct these imbalances. Christ is perfectly compatible with a sound psychology, but he never offered concrete advice on how do deal with real problems like alcoholism. I’d wager that AA has cured more alcoholics than the church, which has produced its share of priests and clerics with serious psychological disorders despite a firm grasp of theology.
There has been a lot of really powerful psychological work that would help Christians better understand the bible, and would help anyone understand themselves and relieve some of the pressure to be mistake-free that has been forced upon us by militant religionists. For middle-aged men like myself, I would start with "Iron John" by the poet Robert Bly, and work my way outward from there.

Very informative article there regarding the false field of Psychology. I have done a little digging around the internet and gleaned some interesting information that I like to share with your reading audience:
"My studies in this area lead me to a very uncomfortable conclusion: Our citizens would be far better off if we removed all the psychotropic drugs from the market, as doctors are unable to handle them. It is inescapable that their availability creates more harm than good." - Peter Gøtzsche, MD; Co-founder of the Cochrane Collaboration
Cochrane is an international not-for-profit and independent organization, dedicated to making up-to-date, accurate information about the effects of healthcare readily available worldwide. It produces and disseminates systematic reviews of healthcare interventions and promotes the search for evidence in the form of clinical trials and other studies of interventions. Cochrane was founded in 1993 and named after the British epidemiologist, Archie Cochrane
Peter Gotzsche is a Danish physician, medical researcher, and leader of the Nordic Cochrane Center at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Many of his articles appear on the website; http://whale.to/c/peter_gotzsche.html
In fact the site itself whale. to is actually dedicated to the Allopathic branch of medicine practice in this country that was founded by the Rockefellers. No surprise there in my opinion.

The problem according to the Bible is the flesh. Therefore, some of the problems would have to reside within the body.
The author states that it is proud humanity without God that is seeking healing of vice without confessing sins. Again a false claim (unless it applies to saints only perhaps). God separated normal mortals from saints since Abraham's time when he stopped giving the new birth to the majority of mankind. The normal mortals can pretty much do whatever they wish without sinning. Finally the passage in the article from the Book of Romans was not written for pagans, but the saints:

I enjoyed reading this Henry.
Aside from the Christian element as a focus of this article, there is much more to the soul that plays a role in what are classified as psychological disorders. Instead of taking drugs, those suffering from psychological distress need to focus on mending their soul through activities they engage in. Speaking with another on the same level as your soul perhaps all night I think can cure any psychological disorder. Spending time exploring nature and exercising instead hanging out in front of your TV or computer at times all day likely will balance you out mentally.
As humans, I think we all at times experience symptoms of such things as depression, anxiety and things like that. It's simply just part of our nature. Not mending yourself makes such disorders chronic.
Personally I believe we do have a soul because I had an out of body experience around the age of 12. As an individual, I believe my soul is strengthened when I suffer. I think Budda may agree with me.
Pardon my French, but the whole field of psychiatry is totally fucked up. Once you are diagnosed with something by a psychiatrist, in the eyes of psychiatry you will never be cured. So Psychiatry medicates the fuck out of you. As a result you largely become inactive. Which is fucked up because being active is actually what will mend your soul.
I've wrote things for you or others with a strong emotional element often because I am not medicated with these toxic psychotropic drugs. There is no way I would of been able to compose what I've written fucked up on these drugs. And I strongly believe that you really must lose everything in order to be able to do anything.

Great article. I've been sent to psychiatrists and psychologists since I was like 10 years old. The bottom line is that since their science is ignorant of the soul it has almost no effect. That being said, you are still sitting there talking to another person who may have some helpful advice. But they are not in a position to help any more than anyone else. Yes, their science is false. Does it help? Sitting in a room and talking to someone doesn't sound harmful to me. But psychiatry (not psychology) is harmful.
They prescribe drugs that are harder to get off of than street drugs and then profit off people going to rehab. I feel severe Jewish guilt for not going to psychologists and for not believing in them and it makes me feel bad when talking to my mom. She has GOOD intentions and really thinks its the Only way to help oneself. That is sad. She is not an evil NWO conspirator. The best psychologist is God he wrote a guidebook and you can contact him telepathically 24/7

Andy Sloan replies:
When we go to confession, we are talking to God through the priests, to whom Christ conferred the power of forgiving sins (John 20:21-23).
The healing is completely certain, costs nothing and comes with spiritual peace and joy;
1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just, to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all iniquity."
John 15:11 "These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and your joy may be filled."
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, do I give unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid.
I speak as a sinner myself, who has received the mercy of Christ and experienced all of these things. Thanks be to Our Lord!

Having gone through a depressive state fairly recently, it was good to read this article. I think that we often concentrate too much on what the world is doing and not enough on Jesus Christ. At least I often do, and this leads to trouble emotionally (trouble within the soul, I suppose).
The problem, as I see it, with psychology/psychiatry is that their goal is not to help you for the sake of making you better. Their goal is to adjust your attitudes to align with those of society (a very ill society, I might add). Rather than trying to fix the thing that's causing the problem, they take the easier route of trying to get you to accept and embrace the problem to alleviate the dissonance. I won't even get into the practice of psychiatrists pushing drugs on people in order to dope them up and generate profits for the pharmaceutical machine. That's a tangent that could take 10,000 words to exhaust.
Looking at the world (society) and trying to keep up with it and all its false hopes, empty dreams, and Satanically-inspired morals is a fool's game. I'd like to thank the author for reminding me of this today.
I'll close with some words from Jesus Himself: "In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." - John 16:33

This is a good article. I've always felt that psychology is junk science. There is no substitute for common sense and right reason. It is not possible to name a bad behavior of a man or a woman and then call it a disease. These bad results come from bad choices and they cannot be remedied by psychology.
Psychology is another bad gift to the world from the Jews, along with Communism and Satanism. There is never a reason to go to a shrink. Especially now, when they use anti-depressants which are of no service to anyone and can make the "condition" much worse.

Thank you for posting this essay.
Please look up Katinka Newman. She's a Brit who was prescribed a psychiatric drug which took her down to the pits of hell in no time. As far as the Church and confession goes... If you are sincere and prepare yourself well and are totally honest and up front, you will reap many benefits.
Nothing is magic though. Reading about praying is not the same thing as praying. Reading about forgiveness is not the same as forgiving.
...as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Think about it.
There is no such thing as a happy pill. We need to face up to our problems, accept them and carry our cross. That is what is meant by that phrase.
