Father spends 10 years in jail on daughter's false rape charges; daughter not punished

Here we have story about Washington State man who spends 10 years in jail as a child molester, because his 11 year old daughter said he raped her. Now she recants, but Washington State prosecutor say the little liar won't be prosecuted. Not because she was only 11 at the time, but because it could stop other women from filing phony charges and impede the war on heterosexuality.
When I reviewed that explanation, I was frankly stunned as a Texas attorney since 1969 that the law has become so one-sided against men. But authorities are not prosecuting her, not because she was only 11 at the time, but because it could stop others from 'coming forward'.
Get out of here with that Bullshit! We know most such charges are bogus. If 1% of rape charges make it to court, THAT'S TOO MUCH! Even if there are problems, the women are a huge part of it 99% of the time. In incest cases, for instance, almost always involves the mother. Rape prosecution should be reserved for when a woman is suddenly assaulted on the streets. That's crime, not very common, that needs criminal prosecution. For the rest it's almost always either complicated or just false. The police have next to no business in family affairs.
Where there are problems, focus should be on ending (sexual) violence and healing, not on even further degrading and destroying the family. Most assuredly not by making the men the sole victims of the feminist police state and conniving female emotion. Unwanted sexual encounters should be prevented not by the 'Justice' system, but by managing male-female relations. Don't put adolescents in the same classes. Don't have young men and women spend time without adult supervision. Don't have young women manipulate and play games 'using their sexual power' and next be surprised things happen, or that girls are sorry and start lying about what happened.
Nobody will pay for this poor man's destroyed life. The only real alternative is locking up millions of women for filing false charges and statements. Just think of what is going on in the family courts, where millions of women in Europe and America are lying through their teeth every day, knowingly, willingly, allowed to do this by their attorneys, because they know they will get away with it.
