I was speaking with a fellow from Orange County recently who had a significant amount of excess capacity due to his not being able to find honest, reliable help. (And he's not alone in that regard.)

It would require learning some new skills, but you're young enough to pull that off.

And if Cali gets its act together and legalizes in 2016, the CA recreational cannabis industry will dwarf anything seen so far.

Best of all you won't need to speak any Spanish. Although learning an additional language can often be beneficial, for one's mind and wallet.

IBM recently said they would spend 300million dollars to hire "Non-whites and women." A white male is neither non-white or a woman.

Programs made to hire non-whites and women discriminate against people that aren't non-white and women.

I can almost relate to that, I am white, male, was employed. I wanted to get higher up in my work with the federal government. I was told under the table that do not count on that, courts and government regs told people hire females, blacks, wetbacks. So if a person was female, black, either half wet back or oriental they had the job. When my time for retirement came up, I was out. When people tell me that I am sucking the government for money. I tell them, I EARNED that money, if nothing but aggravation alone.

Vincent, update your resume, then go on Craigslist and Indeed every day and submit your resume to at least ten places daily. Twenty would be better. Keep at it, day after day, and in thirty days you'll have at least one job offer. Also, there are lots of call centers in LA. The pay's not great, but they will tide you over until something better comes along. Once you get a job, look for an upgrade and keep sending out resumes. These days, it doesn't cost a dime to submit a resume.

Here are a couple places I might suggest. Tahoe, Washington State, Montana, Idaho, Utah or you can do like I have and move to Maine.

Don't fool yourself Vince. You'll never, ever get any type of a fair shake living in a multi cultural-ethnic area- EVER and if you decide to stay there you're signing your own death warrant.

I sympathize greatly with the man who wrote this article. I am sure his story and situation can be multiplied many thousands of times over, and the situation in Britain is much the same. It’s just so awful.

My advice would be to try and move away from bar tending and try to go into some kind of solid trade.

He should steer clear of anything to do with car mechanics and welding as there is no money in that these days.

Old-fashioned skills like plumbing, central heating maintenance and installation, perhaps a locksmith and security systems installer, that kind of thing.

He should take a distance learning course to learn the basics so he looks serious about the subject and has knowledge of the basics. Then he will be taken more seriously when he tries to get proper experience and skill training.

Hi Henry! Kudos to you for posting Vincent's story. It is the true commentary of what America has become for young White men, thanks to the Government. This is no "pundit's view"; it's reality.

ADVICE TO VINNIE: Get the "F" out of LA, by any means necessary. Find somewhere Whites are still the majority and go there, probably out of California too. As you have realized the Government favors ALL groups over White men. That is by law. All those groups realize this and take advantage of it...with glee. So you may have to go to a rural or quasi-rural environment where things are done more "local" and where locals are White men who have families and still live in a normal way. Don't give up but get the heck out of a depressing and hostile place like LA. Good luck to you.
