For your information : the Noahide doctrine, is to provide the non-Jews with some form of Judaism. "Light" is a quite recent way of interpreting some passages of the Talmud. You won't find a list of "Noahide Laws" in any Christian Bible. The notion originated in the Mishnah Torah - the general Talmudic code of law finalized by the 12th century AD super rabbi RamBam, aka 'Maimonides'. The Mishnah obligates Jews to work toward a world in which rabbinical courts will enforce these laws on the whole world. RamBam pronounced the death penalty for Noahide law violations. Some Talmudic rabbis have argued that RamBam meant "punishments up to and including capital punishment".
