Everyone tells you to "live in the moment" but no one tells you how.
The mind is designed to interact with the material world.
The little slides are thoughts that deal with life's challenges.
They regurgitate the past or fret about the future.
We live in this stressful mental world
created by Satanist Jews and Freemasons.
The mind is incapable of living in the present.
What thought would that be?
"I am living in the moment?"
The recipe is not the meal. You cannot define Bliss.
God is Consciousness. Reality. The Moral Order.
We were made in the image of God. We must become the Truth.

The mind cannot stand on the pin of a needle.
To live in the present, we must remove the slides and keep the mind empty.
We are the light projecting through the device, not the images on the screen.

Becoming the Light is the goal of meditation, the basis of "mindfulness."
A common spiritual substratum unites all life on earth.
This is Reality. God is Reality; the Moral Order. Perfection.
This is the innate spiritual blueprint for our personal and collective development.
By focusing on the light, we infuse our Being with the Spirit of God and see His Design.
Mediation teaches us that we are not our thoughts. The world of thought is Unreality.
