The Jews are not alone in their "chosen ones" identity. I propose that the European Elite had perfected it since the days of the Romans and spread it throughout Europe for 18+centuries and later throughout the world through serfdom and slavery. Worse, it continues as such to this day in certain parts of the world.
While the subclass white peasants toiled the earth on prison-like European farms being told by the Catholic clergy that God forgives their sins with a cash indulgence, forced to serve in the military for the Elite's never-ending wars, the Jews floated about as both an unknown and known quantity by those same peasants; the Jews were used by the white European Nobility (landed gentry) to collect taxes, collect rents and make loans with usury to the peasants. The Jews were not in charge from what I know. Barely a step above a serf in freedom. The Jew was international in mindset because once used up in a country they had to leave or suffer a consequence by the Nobility of that nation.
I am sure this "chosen ones" mentality was also shared in other parts of the world as well with their elite. Perhaps someone can explain the actions of the Incas and the Aztecs Elites of the so-called New World toward their lessor brethren? India cemented it into a caste system. China? Japan? Greece? Persia? and so on.
Jews and Freemasons may be the latest incorporation of elitism, but it points that men want to be gods served by others rather than they themselves serving a God.
