G makes good points below and I am always open to hear others' thoughts. My writing was geared more toward the natural dangers of the world, but Man certainly can be dangerous. John 17 14-17 came to mind; this is a hard teaching; similar to Romans 13 1, another hard teaching.
John 17:14-17
14 I have given them your word, and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.
15 I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one.
16 They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.
17 Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth.
Romans 13 1
Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.

That March 1 article is a masterpiece that would take most writers pages and pages of b.s. to produce, while you take 1 page and make it into an art form.
People are so plugged into the "world", in contradiction to Jesus "be in the world but not of the world"; that the logical end result is for them to become insane, and go crazy.
Personally Henry, as a student of the human condition I like to watch Youtube videos of things like "Karen's who go berserk", or "traffic arrests gone bad", or "insane airline passengers get justice", etc. etc. because these are text book studies in how the average western consumer cell phone zombie citizen is actually not an adult but a child-like adolescent with the emotional maturity of a 5 year old, and that includes alot of people in America, I don't know about Canada.
It's a social force that neither you nor I can change; must larger forces are at work here.
keep up the great work

he kingdom of God is within; which allows us to connect with our Spiritual Creator. However without definition as to which God should sit on the throne of our hearts, we create a god in our image.
Without Jesus, man is a religion unto himself. His body is his temple, his soul is his doctrine and his spirit is his god. For the rest of his days he then looks to acquire converts to be made in his image.

You quoted in an article posted, "Makow- Why People are Going Crazy" on the web address, https://henrymakow.com/2026/03/why-people-are-going-crazy.html, with your statement: "We are Gods trapped in the bodies of apes!"
Humanity do have a spark of divinity in them, like the apostle Peter confirms in his epistle 2 Peter 1:2-4. In verse 4, it states that when we conform to the great and precious promises of God and escape the corruption that is in the world through lust which can take hold of us, we can become partakers of the divine nature – God's divine nature. The exception to this is that all of God's conditions need to be met before we can partake.
As already mentioned, we do have a spark of the divine nature. It was evident in our ancestors, Adam and Eve, as they communed with God in the Garden of Eden in Genesis 2–3. This demonstration of direct communion with God alludes to the divinity they possessed and which humanity continues to possess, even after the Fall in their degenerate state. Except Satan, whom humanity has given themselves over to since the Fall, is under his control since they took their instructions from him and disobeyed God.
For a better word, it could be said, "We are gods trapped by sin that only Jesus Christ can liberate us from", instead of "We are Gods trapped in the bodies of apes!"
God bless you, and keep professing God's word.

Henry, in the comments below, RH says,
"Most importantly, do not blame others for the dangers of the world."
For me, that's an example of where New Age thinking goes too far. I mean, if blame is not placed, that is to say, perps not identified/called out, how will we ever stop those who most certainly are making the world sickeningly and profoundly dangerous?
Blame is different than false blame. So, to not rightly blame is to be an enabler and it's even a form of cowardice. Who knows that better than you, in terms of the courage you've shown all these years by dutifully calling out the wizards of evil?
MLK once said,
"Comes a time when silence is betrayal."
Some want to keep quiet and just keep thinking happy thoughts, doing happy thinking while the ship is sinking.

It's getting at the root at our problems from a satanic hegemony acting out in switched trio roles of Zionism/communism/Judaism depending on the situation/crisis. The evangelical Christian sector is also hoodwinked to protect God's chosen people since they believe an apocalyptic event will take place in Israel as the bible declares. However, many omissions, word replacements in the bible leave interpretations unsettled among scholars.
No debate there, rather to me it boils down to the lack of faith in Jesus as God's son that once taken hold of is in the essence of spiritual awakening, a new creature emerges to fight the battle on all fronts. Ok fine, many follow Jesus's teachings as far it goes with some good outcome but unless accepting that he is God's son, died for our sins, all else falls short of one's true salvation. I ask, who do we seek forgiveness from and know it? Go directly to God the Father and avoid Jesus???...... as many would believe of most non-Christians, i.e. Jews, Muslims, Islamic religions, etc?
Since it was and still impossible to adhere to the 10 commandments - yet he himself says he is the way and the life.
Two important commandments Jesus added: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’[a] 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] There is no commandment greater than these.” Either accept or not.
And as your recent statement states "what is reality" which I believe, is the ultimate pursuit of the divine....similar to achieving a new spiritual birth rather than just by way or of a heighten consciousness.
In that we have direct divine connection to God, The Father, himself, as you have expressed in many articles is noble yet still without Jesus Christ as the intermediary, people are lost. Of course, belief in Jesus as the Son differs from being Jewish is a major difference. You have the open free platform to state your religion/beliefs yet your position on many issues with keen insight, however, is much appreciated.

A few observations I have noted working with people over time that may help some of us:
- Practice MYOB. Unless your neighbor transgresses on you or your property, mind your own business. And hope they do the same. (For instance, don't dig through your neighbor's garbage bins to see if they are recycling properly to save the world!)
- Your success should not include making sure others fail! (Your success should make others more successful!)
- Dress modestly at all times. (Miniskirts in church might not be the best idea unless you are less than 5 years old.)
- The world is what it is, we are not changing it into a better model. Look at nature…it can be cruel and it destroys. The predator kills the prey, sometimes viciously. The beaver builds the dam that floods the area. The forest grows in years but can also be burned to nothing in days.
The wind blows, it rains, the chill freezes and the snow melts, floods happen. Even the Midwest can have an earthquake. Make your life comfortable and more productive by building a life that minimizes the dangers. (Don't build in a flood plain!) Realize that dangers will exist.
Most importantly, do not blame others for the dangers of the world. Teach your children well.
-Practice compassion…no one escapes without experiencing a real fall.
-Christianity teaches forgiveness. If your religion teaches revenge...find another religion.
Keep up the great work. I am hoping WW3 is not here.

A nice piece for a Sunday Henry. I serve the god of compassion. I try to ease the pain of others. And if I explore their pain my own pain is minimal. And by serving this I maintain my own sanity.
G said (March 1, 2026):
Yes, many have lost touch with God, the Great Goodness. But Henry, can it be that part of the reason we are facing the unprecedented insanity that is wrapped in evil and ego is to help us learn more of who we are and what we're capable of?
The solutions will only come when we shift out of indifference and distraction. Yes, going within, discovering Universal Love, but also understanding the God-given emotion of profound ANGER and using it as a springboard to act accordingly and become part of the solution with each individual deciding when and how.
Yes, the Creator gave us the capacity to experience EVERY emotion. What we do with that capacity is up to us. And does it take the water being at our own door before we understand our brothers are drowning?

I would like to reply to RH in saying Christianity teaches forgiveness and compassion. I've never seen a proper christian, nor will I ever. The problem lies deep inside the buybull.
The killers of christ had plenty of time to edit the buybull and our history proves this by modern day Christians who act like animals with no self control.
To all the buybull fanatics, Jesus will drown you in hellfire for reading his enemies book. Exodus 21:7
