President Trump is reportedly looking to recruit Kentucky state senator Aaron Reed, a Christian Zionist member of the Kentucky-Israel Caucus who believes "Israel is God's chosen nation," to replace Rep Thomas Massie in Congress.

Analysts said that Trump was willing to intervene in Israel's war on Iran that began due to Israel's provocation on June 13, 2025 until Iran fought back and caused extensive damage. They said that if the fighting continued, Israel would have been defeated within 2 weeks.
The Washington Post recently revealed that Israel's attack on Iran was planned last year, and was not based on new intelligence that Iran was any closer to developing nuclear weapons, as they claimed.
