1914 Christmas Truce -- Reminder Satanists Hold Us Prisoner

December 24, 2022

christmastruce11.jpg
On Christmas 1914,  British and German soldiers fraternized and refused to kill each other. Christmas reminded them that they had more in common in Jesus Christ and the Gospel of Love than with the Cabalist (Satanist) bankers who had contrived this war in order to kill them.

Their refusal to comply is a reminder that this war against civilization has not abetted. Covid is nothing but the flu re-branded. But this psy op is an attack on humanity like World War One. Wars are conjured up like pandemics. "Vaccines" are as deadly as rifle bullets.

"To the consternation of field commanders on both sides, some of the troops were reluctant to return to fighting.  In several areas, men were ordered to restart the hostilities under penalty of court martial."

SIMILARLY WE ARE REQUIRED TO MAIM OR KILL OURSELVES WITH "VACCINES." WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

"The total number of military and civilian casualties in World War I was over 37 million: over 16 million deaths and 20 million wounded, ranking it among the deadliest conflicts in human history."

"The government of the Western nations, whether monarchical or republican, had passed into the invisible hands of a plutocracy, international in power and grasp. It was, I venture to suggest, this semi-occult power which ... pushed the mass of the American people into the cauldron of World War I." Major General J.F.C. It Is a story worth retelling. Few realize that just over a century ago, the Christian nations of the world were at war.

Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox, and Coptic Christians had taken up arms against one another. They had set aside the teachings of Jesus where he said to "love your enemy" and were now engaged in a calamitous war.

250px-XV._Benedek.jpgBy Christmas, it was evident that this 'quick war' was not soon to be over as the politicians had promised. Pope Benedict  XV, left, had proposed a Christmas cease, but it was rejected as 'impossible' by both sides.

Alfred Anderson of the British Expeditionary Force was just 18 years old and was at the front on Christmas Eve 1914, when the unthinkable happened. German and British soldiers began to sing Christmas carols while hunkered down in their respective trenches. Soon a truce between the combatants was established, and men who were enemies a few hours before began to greet one another and exchange gifts.

In other areas along the front, German troops set up small trees on the parapet of their trenches, decorated them with lit candles, and began singing carols.  Soon many British troops along the front in this area began to sing along.  British and French troops began to see Germans posting signs saying, "YOU NO FIGHT; WE NO FIGHT."

Some British units improvised 'MERRY CHRISTMAS' banners and waited for a response.  In a short period of time, what the governments of the combatants could not do, pockets of German, French, and British troops arranged a spontaneous truce, and soldiers left their trenches.

Christmas-Truce-1914.2.jpg(British and German soldiers standing together)

Up and down the line, men who hours earlier had sought to kill the other, met in 'no-man's land' to shake hands, share rations, chocolate cake, cognac, postcards, newspapers, tobacco, and (more solemnly) bury their dead.

Kurt Zehmisch, another BEF eyewitness recorded in his diary: "The English brought a soccer ball from the trenches, and pretty soon a lively game ensued.  How marvelously wonderful, yet how strange it was; Christmas, the celebration of Love, managing to bring mortal enemies together as friends for a time."

This informal truce, which also included some French and Belgian troops, was largely over by New Year's Day. German and British soldiers reluctantly parted, in the words of Pvt. Percy Jones of the Westminster Brigade, "with much hand-shaking and mutual goodwill."

On January 1, 1915, the London Times published a letter from a Medical Corps Major reporting that in his sector, the British played a game against the Germans and were beaten 3-2.  Men had exchanged gifts and buttons.  Soldiers who had been barbers gave free haircuts.  One German, a juggler, gave an impromptu performance of his routine in the center of 'no-man's land.'

German and Allied commanders tried to cover up the impromptu ceasefire.  French generals could not fathom why their soldiers disobeyed orders and joined the forbidden Christmas truce.  To the consternation of field commanders on both sides, some of the troops were reluctant to return to fighting.  In several areas, men were ordered to restart the hostilities under penalty of court martial.

In Germany, it was not given wide publicity, and quietly the High Command replaced most front-line units that took part in the ceasefire. Though caught off guard and embarrassed by the spontaneous truce, allied commanders made sure that there would be no repeat of the 1914 Christmas truce, and during subsequent Christmases had their troops engaging the enemy during the holiday.

MerryChristmasfilmPoster3.jpg(The movie)

The Christmas Truce of 1914 demonstrates how the common belief of a Savior born in Bethlehem shared between enemies can make even the bitterest of enemies friends.

When the British heard the Germans sing a song about a little baby born in a stable, they joined in singing "Silent Night."

It is astonishing how a song about a little newborn baby could move enemies to put down their weapons and embrace one another as friends.

When those on both sides of the trenches realized that the Christ they knew was also the Christ their adversary knew, what other response could there have been but to establish peace among brothers?

That is why this story is worth telling every Christmas. Christ came to bring peace and forgiveness of sins to a troubled world.  The knowledge of Christ still brings liberty and peace to all who encounter Him.

The Christmas Truce of 1914 is a glowing testimony to the words spoken by an angel on that first Christmas so many years ago, "Peace on Earth, Good will toward all."  Merry Christmas to all!

Dan Butler (1955-2018) wrote:

A few years ago, a Dr Thomas Weber researched war diaries and period documents to reconstruct the 1914 Christmas Truce.

He found evidence that a lot of soldiers attempted to initiate repeat truces in 1915 and 1916, but by then the division commanders on both sides had orders to use snipers to shoot any soldiers seen coming out of their trenches unarmed.

It actually was the singing of mutually familiar Christmas songs that prompted the soldiers to approach each other without their weapons. During modern battles soldiers were driven by adrenaline fuelled brutality, which turned to remorse at rest in the trenches between battles. The break from the sheer inhumanity of what they doing, probably kept a lot of them from losing their humanity forever. The sad fact is that most of the ones that participated in the 1914 truce didn't survive the war.

Dr Weber also mentioned that the French soldiers didn't participate in the first truce; just British and Germans.

Another one that didn't approve of the truce along with the division commanders and the French was regimental headquarters front line courier corporal Hitler. At least, that's what one of Hitler's brigade, Heinrich Lugauer, recorded in his war diary. Weber quoted him; "When everyone was talking about the Christmas 1914 fraternization with the Englishmen, Hitler revealed himself to be its bitter opponent. He said, 'Something like this should not even be up for discussion during wartime."

The soldiers were never enemies with the other soldiers, they were simply following banker orders to kill one another. If the banks ordered our soldiers to divide up and start killing each other, it is exactly what they would do. I asked a cop about this once and she said, yes, this is what she would do - if they ordered the cops to kill each other. Jewish money rules.

Neither St. Paul or Jesus Christ himself ever advocated wars or physical altercations with anyone.

Wars are started by lies to draw a fictitious line between good and evil for the shedding of blood by both sides. This is why the Illuminati War Architects supply both sides of the conflict.
The war propaganda machine reached it's height during WW2 which still is considered by many to be a just and necessary war. Christians killing Christians is never just or necessary.
The MSM in America is propagating a lot of anti Russia and anti Putin stuff these days and always attacking President Trump for getting along with Vladimir Putin. Sound familiar?

The biblical quote given is a protestant misquote. The true quote is: "Glory to God in the highest; and on earth peace to men of good will."

This still fit that situation. As usual, the people with no say in what is done had good will, those running the show did not.

However, the meaning of the true quote and that of the false quote are as different as night and day. Protestantism is forever looking for a free pass to heaven regardless of merit.

This incident in WWI just goes to show the evil of the government leaders and how uninterested the soldiers are in killing each other. The whole idea of government doesn't work and it has never worked for the benefit of mankind. All governments foment hatred, war, disease, sexual immorality, chemical poisoning of the environment, endless "laws" and regulations, and yet people will say that government is a necessary evil. I ask the question: Is evil really necessary? The facts show that when people are left to themselves without the influence of the government, they get along just fine. They don't fell a need to kill each other; but rather, to spend time with each other and enjoy their company. What could be better than that? But leave it up to the government, all hell will break loose and the good life will be destroyed. These governments should have been abolished thousands of years ago but people still tolerate this nonsense. And the order followers are just as guilty as the order givers; maybe more. It is one thing to give an immoral order, but it is equally as bad to follow and immoral order. The governments destroy the moral order as God intended which demonstrates their utter depravity and worthlessness. If any government can't stay within the natural moral order then it has no right to exist.

I think you should distinguish between honest government and what we have today.

The two World Wars were forced upon Germany. Even after the first two years of World War I, when Germany was winning the war, the Germans made an offer to end the war; but it was rejected by the British. The Zionists in England used their influence with Woodrow Wilson to bring America into the war. The false flag sinking of the Lusitania in 1915 was also a major factor of America's entry into the war.

Contrary to the b.s. history of Establishment court historians, neither Hitler nor Germany ever wanted World War II. Hitler did everything in his power to avoid the war, even offering to come to Britain's aide should the need arise. He was even willing to give up German colonies, if necessary. Had Hitler actually hated the British, he had an excellent opportunity to destroy their army at Dunkirk; yet he ordered his generals not to take action against the British expeditionary force of over 330,000 men.

Germany has always been portrayed by Anglo-American Establishment historians as a warmongering nation. The truth of the matter is that Britian forced Germany into the two World Wars. Hitler is always portrayed as an absolute monster, yet in reality Churchill was one of history's most bloodthirsty, warmongering, psychopaths. Eisenhower was another mass murdering psychopath. In private letters to his wife, General Patton wrote that in his opinion we had fought on the wrong side. He saw that we had given much of Eastern Europe to the Communists. Patton wanted to take what was left of the German army and fight the Communists. In reality, World War II was a war fought to make the world safe for Communism, and it succeeded; the West has been under a hybridized form of Communism ever since. And the Communists are getting ready to do here what they did in Russia after 1917.

I'm convinced that the Great War was the beginning of the end for mankind. I wouldn't be surprised if in occult significance it was a massive blood sacrifice to whatever demon gods our rulers worship - in order for their World to come into being. The Christmas truce is an amazing account, but at the same time its an incredibly sad revelation as to the stupidity and gullibility of mankind.

A truce. Goodwill is shared between soldiers and the next they are back to butchering each other, maiming each other, blinding each other, ruining lives forever, making children fatherless, turning young wives into widows, and leaving thousands of broken mad men crushed by the cruelty of war... And these men considered themselves Christians because they just had a warm sentiment and sang Silent Night? Can we all be honest with ourselves?

Its absurd. We were born to be free and make our own decisions as men. If you just shared the good company with a supposed enemy, stop shooting for God's sake. Its frustrating that even a hundred years ago we were already reduced to such servitude to authority. Its pathetic.

As I am convinced that the Great War was the beginning of the end for mankind, I am likewise convinced that all unjust wars feed demonic energy. Satan's creatures love pain and suffering. If they can deceive men into an unjust war to bring this about, they will. Christians are called to be free, and it is shameful to be a deceived dupe as a Christian, cowardly denying what your own heart is telling you is right and wrong.

While the Christmas truce was a beautiful moment, lets not forget that these men were literally blowing each other to pieces for no reason at all.

I thought add some information related to your article on the 1914 Christmas Truce:

What came to mind is a very good movie I watched just last night. Amazing, 100 years ago TO THE HOUR.

Joyeux Noel

There are also two torrents to the movie, a small one and a big one respectively below.
I understand you may not be able to post these torrent links due to copyright issues, but maybe you can watch it to enjoy for yourself:

Wonderful article that will not be covered by the US corporate media. Leave it to Henry Makow to get the story out... thanks Henry!

How many pastors will preach this powerful piece of history in the churches that carpet the US? There is something seriously wrong with the Christianity in the US. I think one major problem is the mixing of patriotism with Christianity. The Christian is to be a good citizen and to obey the law as long as it doesn't conflict with God's reign over him- his allegiance is only to God The Father and His Son not to a nation or flag. It is interesting to note that the Founders of the USA never repeated "Pledge Of Allegiance" it was formulated much later by others.

Jesus declared to the capricious crowds that wanted to forcefully make him king in Israel..."My kingdom is NOT OF THIS WORLD!" Could the Lord have said it any clearer?

Also, for those who like to argue the "Just War" nonsense... please give us a few wars from the 20th and 21st centuries that were "Righteous Wars".

Kirk S said (December 25, 2014):

Regarding John G's comment "Combined, these two wars resulted in the biggest bloodbath of mankind the world has ever known."

He is exaggerating to make a point, but individual governments deliberately murdered about four times as many of their own citizens as the total number of dead from all wars in the last century. We must keep in mind that our own government is far far more likely to murder us than any foreign enemy would be. See Death by Government by R. Rummel.

Thanks Henry, I was well aware of this episode of History. Though i obviously need reminding of how profound this event was., I am sure it was repeated at Gallipoli in Turkey in 1915 though not on Christmas day. That was between predominantly Christian and Muslim combatants. That was on May 24th after particularly heavy fighting. Again each side found the the enemy were very similar to themselves and not as the propagandists portrayed.

Thank you and the author for this timely reminder of the evil menace that prevails.
MSM now stands for Main Satanic Media.

John G said (December 25, 2014):

What an historical testimonial honoring the birth of Jesus Christ. Why was this piece of history hidden from the public and the official WW1 archives? Is it because love and the brotherhood of man is contagious?

I'm a veteran myself and I now realize more than ever just how ignorant WW1 and WW2 really were. European Christians and America European Christians murdering each other for the benefit of international bankers, military industrialists, and the creation of a Jewish State that rejects the deity of Jesus Christ. What wars of shameful ignorance and destruction can compare to these.

It reminds me of the insanity of carrying our weapons into the Ft.Benning Chapel to hear a sermon during basic training. Did Jesus Christ ever arm his disciples and tell them to evangelize by military engagement?

Christianity is not and never was meant to be a religion of hating your neighbor.

You can't give a sermon one minute and then tell your congregation to kill their Christian brothers the next minute like they did in WW1 and WW2. Combined, these two wars resulted in the biggest bloodbath of mankind the world has ever known.

Let this story set the example while our only hope left is in the spirit of Jesus Christ,

Magda said (December 24, 2014):

That story really moved me to tears. As a Muslim I HOPE that these wars do not proceed and always hope that the combatants at least can come to certain realizations or understandings. For example, that women, old men and mosques, churches, and all houses of worship as well as the elderly and those who are monks, nuns are off limits.

Tony B said (December 24, 2014):

Of course the reason the spontaneous truce had to be kept quiet and those involved forced back into war was because, if widely known and given a little time, too many people, including the soldiers, would have figured out just who was behind this mass murdering of Christians and, just maybe, they would have gone after the real culprits.

Few North Americans are aware that the twentieth century was the bloodiest in the recorded history of mankind. Moreover, in the short time of this current century, the mass murdering of innocents is light years ahead of the last century. Those facts are an in-your-face proof that the devil is loose on earth and, consequently, we are nearing the end, especially when connected to the sickening, satanic, added facts of governmentally enforced abortion, same sex marriage, etc.

Robert K said (December 24, 2014):

The author is wrong in stating that the combatants in this conflict were "bitterest enemies", as this spontaneous fraternization proved. They were potentially, and in an emotional moment yearned to be, the best of friends. Totally fictitious propaganda in the "yellow press", today's MSM, about atrocities committed by "the other side" probably warped many soldiers' perceptions and caused them to imagine enemies where they were not, as immediately became evident when the (artificially induced) "hostilities" ended. Of course once you get people killing each other in large numbers it becomes relatively easy to keep the gore-fest going.

War is the pursuit of political and economic goals (to which the fighters in the field are not privy) "by other means", and the sanguinary havoc callously wreaked on false pretexts provides a window into the depraved character of national leaders and their occult controllers.

"As sheep are driven to slaughter, so men are led to war." (C.G. Dobbs)
